Our History WorkSource Enterprises is a private not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1967. It provides job training, employment and support services to persons with disabilities. WorkSource serves citizens of the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson counties. Persons served have intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness,
WorkSource sponsors a center-based Day Support program that offers a combination of educational and recreational activities for persons with severe disabilities.

Opportunity Center, Inc. (OCI), A ServiceSource Affiliate provides individuals with disabilities an exceptional service delivery experience through innovative and valued employment, training, rehabilitation, and support services.
WorkSource, A ServiceSource Affiliate provides job training, employment, and support services that enable individuals with vocational disabilities to achieve economic self-sufficiency, independence, and full participation in the community.
PARC, A ServiceSource Affiliate proudly provides services through person-centered programs including customized employment, career exploration and community integration services. PARC prides itself in providing a program for participants of all abilities.

Abilities of Florida, A ServiceSource Affiliate offers a variety of rehabilitation and employment services for people with disabilities throughout the State of Florida. Our programs include vocational evaluation and training, benefits planning, housing program, and opportunities for self-employment.
