The High School High Tech program is a community-based partnership that provides students with disabilities, ages 14-22, the opportunity to explore jobs and post-secondary education while still in High School.

This program is sponsored by the Delaware Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and includes individual (1:1) sessions. The program also helps share with students insights and lessons learned from professionals working in various employment fields.

The Virginia-based Pre-ETS program is designed to provide in-school youth with disabilities industry-based career exploration by building soft skills, discussing education and training options, conducting informational interviews and facilitating work-based learning opportunities.

This Delaware program provides opportunities for students to learn vocational skills, explore community-based employment and complete paid and unpaid internships in order to make informed decisions about future career goals.

Senior Services provides supportive services that focus on social inclusion to enable seniors with minor cognitive and physical disabilities to actively participate in the day-to-day activities at Fairfax County Senior Centers.

The Dover Community Center in is designed for individuals with disabilities, ages 55+ who have worked either in the community or are in center-based programs.

The Opportunity Calls program provides training within the Contact Center and Customer Service fields. Participants have the opportunity to earn certification in the field to increase both their skills and marketability.

Our Interpreting and Deaf Services Program supports the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community by providing both certified and highly qualified sign language interpreters. Abilities of Florida has a team of interpreters available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our Employment Support for Parents program serves parents who are unemployed and looking to return to the workforce, make a career change, earn a higher wage or a combination of these goals.

ServiceSource offers two specialized programs to assist individuals on the Autism spectrum in obtaining employment and increasing self-sufficiency.
