Donovan is an Employment Development Specialist with Families Achieving Self-Sufficiency Together (FASST). Donovan has worked in the nonprofit field for 15 years and holds degrees in Business Management and Public Affairs. Donovan’s experience includes program management, human services, and volunteer program coordination.
Donovan’s work superpower is being bilingual in Spanish and connecting participants with local community organizations where participants can gain work experience and work toward larger community development goals. Donovan enjoys helping participants make their goals and dreams come true, no matter how big or small.
