Marilyn is an Employment Development Specialist with Families Achieving Self-Sufficiency Together (FASST). Originally from New Mexico and now based in Northern Virginia, Marilyn brings five years of experience supporting community and workforce initiatives with United Way of El Paso.
Living in a reservation area in New Mexico helped shape Marilyn’s understanding of community and the importance of connecting participants with available resources. As a former student-athlete at New Mexico State University, Marilyn brings a competitive drive and passion for helping participants pursue employment and strengthening communities.
