Jeff Whitehead is a Case Manager with Families Achieving Self-Sufficiency Together (FASST). Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in human services, case management, program leadership, and support for participants and families with complex needs.
Jeff’s professional background includes case management, vocational rehabilitation, disability services, program administration, and team leadership. In the current role, Jeff supervises staff, manages complex service delivery, coordinates with vocational rehabilitation counselors and community partners, and oversees program compliance and performance requirements.
Jeff holds a Master of Public Administration, a Master of Science in Psychology and Counseling, and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Troy University.
