About the Program

ServiceSource partners with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, find, and maintain competitive employment. We believe that anyone who wants to work can work, and we provide personalized support to make that possible.

Services We Provide

Through our partnership with DVR, we offer services designed to meet individual needs and career goals, including:

  • Vocational Guidance and Counseling: Explore career options and set employment goals with one-on-one support.
  • Situational Assessment: Evaluate work behaviors, interpersonal skills, and job-related abilities to establish eligibility or develop an Individualized Plan for Employment.
  • Work Adjustment Training (WAT): Build workplace skills and confidence, including communication, teamwork, and meeting expectations.
  • Job-Seeking Skills Training: Assistance with resumes, cover letters, and interview skills.
  • Job Development and Coaching: Support in finding suitable job opportunities and ongoing guidance after placement to ensure a positive job match.
  • Training Services: Help with short- or long-term vocational or academic training programs.
  • Benefits Planning: Guidance on how employment may affect disability and public benefits.
  • Computer Training: Instruction in essential computer skills and digital navigation.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for DVR services if you:

  • Have a physical, mental, or cognitive disability
  • Experience difficulty getting or keeping a job because of your disability
  • Want to work

ServiceSource serves Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties.
