April Vandover is an Employment Development Specialist with Families Achieving Self-Sufficiency Together (FASST). April has several years of experience providing employment support and job coaching to participants with disabilities.
April assists participants with developing employment goals, building workplace skills, and pursuing meaningful employment opportunities. With a background in social work and a bachelor’s degree in human services, April also has experience supporting participants and families, connecting participants with community resources, and addressing barriers to employment and self-sufficiency.
