Ashley Dharmasiri is a Youth Specialist with Families Achieving Self-Sufficiency Together (FASST). In 2026, Ashley celebrates five years with ServiceSource. With career experience working directly with young adults, Ashley welcomed the opportunity to join the FASST team as a Youth Specialist.
Ashley is certified in Trauma-Informed Care, which has strengthened Ashley’s ability to support participants with an understanding of each young person’s experiences and needs. Ashley looks forward to forming meaningful connections with participants, recognizing personal strengths and interests, and providing support as participants work toward achieving individual goals.
