Stacy Smith is an Employment Development Specialist with Families Achieving Self-Sufficiency Together (FASST). Stacy brings more than 30 years of experience supporting participants with disabilities through employment and vocational services.
Stacy began a career in employment services at the Work Orientation Rehabilitation Center (WORC) in Daytona Beach, developing a strong foundation in workforce development and vocational services. Throughout Stacy’s career, leadership roles have focused on employer engagement, workforce training, and increasing employment opportunities for participants with disabilities.
Stacy previously worked with the Florida Division of Blind Services, leading statewide business engagement and employment training initiatives, and later served as Business Engagement Director for the Conklin Davis Center.
