Utah Ticket to Work Program

PARC believes in the transformative power of employment. Meaningful work helps individuals with disabilities build confidence and pride, and provides a sense of purpose, connection, and belonging that benefits everyone in the community. We are proud to be a registered Employment Network (EN) partnering with the Social Security Administration (SSA) Ticket to Work program to assist people with disabilities in developing job skills, reaching career goals, and achieving financial independence.

About Ticket to Work

Ticket to Work is a free and voluntary program from the Social Security Administration (SSA) for people who receive SSDI or SSI benefits due to disability. If you are between the ages of 18 and 64 and currently receiving SSDI or SSI, you can participate at no cost. The program connects you with employment services and supports so you can explore work options without immediately losing your benefits.

Why Choose Ticket to Work?

  • Work Incentives: Keep benefits while you test working.
  • Free Services: Career counseling, job placement, and ongoing support.
  • Path to Independence: Gain skills and move toward financial self-sufficiency.
