About the Program
Henninger Legacy Homes, developed in partnership with Atlantis Community Foundation, is a permanent supportive housing community designed to provide stability, dignity, and opportunity for individuals with disabilities who are experiencing homelessness.
The community includes 60 accessible housing units, including 10 units specifically for veterans with disabilities, as well as a community food bank, mental health resources and counseling services, and a drop-in workforce development center co-located on the first and second floors of the building.
Resident Support
Residents of Henninger Legacy Homes have access to a variety of on-site support services designed to assist residents in achieving greater independence, improving their health and well-being, and building meaningful connections within the community.
Support services provided by ServiceSource include:
- Case management and housing stabilization support
- Mental health services and counseling
- Workforce development and employment readiness programs
- Life skills development including budgeting, technology, and health education
- Community-building activities and peer support programs
- Coordination with services and resources for veterans
